yes! you can :) just do test cut first so you can find the right setting for the material that you will use

depende sayo kung ano yung usually na gagamitin mo. Kasi kung puro a4 or letter size lng naman ggamitin mo edi sa portrait ka na. pero kung mostly vinyl or htv mostly kasi size nila 12 inches wide cameo 4 or 5

Portrait 4 kasi is an upgrade na. Kung between cameo 4 and portrait 4, mas better na functions ng portrait 4. If your're aiming for a bigger machine, Cameo 5 na. Compact kasi itong Portrait 4 pero napaka-powerful na machine na din :)

Hello! hindi po. felt cloth po better gamitin is rotary blade, and yung rotary blade nilalagay sa carriage 2. wala po carriage 2 si Portrait 4, only cameo models ang may carriage 2.
