Any of series from the Project Runway is GREAT! But ONLY for light and medium fabrics only. You will need to go more heavy duty for heavy fabrics

I haven’t decided if I want the brother or singer. The brother isn’t as loud. And the reviews are great. I was luck to get a juki manual /computerize under 150/250. I need back up. I like to have both so I’m trying to find these brothers or singer a a good price. I also I’m investing in a treadle machine. No electric needed.

Treadle machines are the original heavy duty machines...............they sew through anything!
