Hey Gary, did you know you can get a Battery Monitor for around £30, which uses Bluetooth to connect to a mobile phone and a dedicated app that not only informs you of the battery's voltage, but where your vehicle is located and the journeys it has taken. It connects directly to the 12V vehicle battery… Streetwise make a version. Great for monitoring your car battery on the go 😃😃 Please let me know if you get one and maybe make a video on the install 😃😃 Thanks Gary...

I’ve had Eibachs on a few cars. Great build quality and fit and make a big difference to the ride and handling also improve the car’s looks too.

@@stevemahoney5209I’ve got the Halfords LEDs in the interior, they make a big difference. I recommend the Autobeam number plate and boot light LEDs as they’re really bright! The only ones I haven’t done are the front fog lights. Yet! 😂

Could get some wind deflectors and a sunstrip for the rs. Cheap and easy to take off

I actually had wind deflectors on the RS when I bought it but took them off as they just created more wind noise.

Good to see the mods on the S1600 continuing Gary and unboxing is always an event. You seem to enjoy bubble wrap a bit too much though mate! Haha. Mountune is good quality kit (if a bit dear and mostly not actually made by them). The CP short shift on my ST180 makes such a difference. Eibachs will improve both the looks and handling too. Look forward to the next one mate. 👍🏻

Haha bubblewrap is always a crowd pleaser…😂 Hopefully the short shifter once fitted will feel decent as the throw is quite long at the moment. Looking forward to it sitting a bit lower that’s for sure 😁

Really enjoyed that video the suspense was killing me just a thought I've a white Fiesta St and I've put a focus st rear spoiler clear brake light in looks I think better than the standard red one just a thought keep up the good videos mate 👍👍

I wanted the clear high level brake light and as my next door neighbour has a mk3.5 Focus ST and wanted the red version we just did a swap. Sorted! 😂👍🏻

Nice! I have those mudflaps on my fiesta and they sit less flush now than before but it doesnt bother. J have the same logo as your focus and not a fan of the plain mountune text. Be nice to see how it looks though. Also you should be able to do the short shifter yourself if your planning on doing the flaps yourself. I did mine on my mk6 st (same shifter) and its alot easier than mudflaps. Just do your research first of course and make sure to use the correct one of the 2 supplied pins

Hey mate yea I prefer the older style ‘M’ badge too but still like the current Mountune one too 😊 I’ll have a look into it and I might fit it myself but I just hate crawling about on the creeper board in the cold 😂

Yea it used to be the flag for mountune racing and the text for mountune performance (same on the exhaust tips too) mine has the flag logo. But since the rebrand it's all just mountune text now And the shifter isn't too bad. It should just be in a plastic box that pops apart easy enough. I'd suggest maybe jack it up and have a look. If your concerned then can book to fjrs but I managed it and its nice satisfaction doing some bits yourself

They’re just Halfords own 35 Lumen LED 501’s mate - always used then and can’t fault them. Not too bright just give the interior a nice clean look. Used them on the side light and number plate bulbs too.

You should try and fit the st180 montune airbox, I have one fitted to my s1600 and it sounds amazing, engine is more responsive too

@@CarFocused Yeah you will need to use your origional airbox lid as the st airbox points up, but fairly easy job. Also see if you can find some other montune bits for it I know there is a few rare parts out there, or try and do MR155🤔. Would you be able to do a video on the short shifter im looking at buying one for mine, but i have no idea how you would fit it or if its worth the 180 quid.

I got the mk7.5 st genuine ford mats for mine 3 years ago done well ordered them this year turned up and was so thin like paper i sent them back ☹️ way things are going i guess.
