I have a similar problem. When I bought it, the staff was able to adjust the sunset with no problems. Now I can't, whatever I do or however much I turn it. It still changes but not throughout the day or daily, sometimes days at a time and I'm not sure if it's a monthly cycle like a calendar or something

Kind a nice review, keep it up! Ordered same watch before I seen this video, because liked a design of it and after this review I know that the sun is changing color so I'm excited more and waiting for my watch to come.
