I really appreciate the innovation behind it. However, my experience is a bit disappointing. I expected a better cooling system I noticed some overheating issues during extended use. And the ventilation definitely use some improvement. Overall, I was really excited about this machine, but it seems like there are a few kinks that need to be worked out.

Oh wow, I see here you are again reviewing an item you can't possibly possess. You do realize people are not as dumb as you'd like to believe they are and they know what you're doing and who you're doing it for. All it's doing is making the product you are attached to look dumb, but hey everyone knows they suck and have zero customer service. Thank you! So I have found out you can etch glass, coated metals and slate Non-coated metals however cannot, that’s more along your Fiber laser lines ☺️

@@Peachycreations Hmm, thank you for info. Looking forward to seeing a comparison with this one laser and the xtool brand. I'm undecided at this point. I thought non-coated metals would be no problem but I'm still a noob in the market so thank you for the info! Be blessed!

No not a problem! I personally haven’t used the X tool but for me this machine slides perfectly into my crafting needs. I think there has been a time laps comparison of the Xtook and Onelaser, but side by side break down not yet, so will be interesting to see!

It’s also worth noting that some customers reported problems with power supply consistency and optical component damage over time. Let’s hope they can address these issues promptly so everyone can enjoy a reliable experience.

The pom wheels for the motion system is disappointing and a cost cutting measure, it's too bad they spent more of their budget on making it look pretty.
