Thanks for the feedback. Using Lionics 16S 51.2v 100Ah battery (detailed video with internal view is already in channel). Victron purchased from a friend and using a DIY cable and Bluetooth for victron communication.

Thank you so much! you are the only one made a video about this inverter in English. Watched the whole video, but still have 3 doubts. 1. Does it only support 48v lithium batteries? Not 12V lead-acid batteries? 2. How does the inverter switch between on-grid and off-grid mode? Do we need to switch modes or that is automatic? 3. Do we need to install automatic transfer switch (ATS) to stop power from flowing back to the grid during power cut?

Thanks for your feedback and support 1. It support 12x4 lead acid and 48/51.2V Lithium battery 2. You can use it as offgrid hybrid inverter with grid sharing since it has no BIS certification you may not able to export to grid. Just disable grid export at settings and no need of ATS 3. Set grid export to disable so you can prevent feed to grid. No need of ATS just disable grid export in settings

Thanks for your support 👍 The Lionics battery pack shown in the video has Inverter communication and Bluetooth APP access which is not available in MuscleGrid inverter. Also please note that Lionics is 51.2V(16S) and MuscleGrid battery is 48V (15S)

Sure, inverter is good if you don't need Lithium battery communication. I have tried to communicate this inverter with battery using the specified protocols and cables but it's not working. So if you are using lead acid battery or Lithium battery without communication then no issues. I am using Lionics 16S Lithium battery pack with multi inverter protocol support. How is performance and any issues? 3. Planning to buy muscle grid Inverter & battery combo without solar panels. Hope it works. Thanks for your support 👍 1. Fans are temperature controlled and they are working based on the heat. you can easily notice it randomly while MPPT is working(10Am to 3pm). Using it in a sperate cabin with proper ventilation is better 2. Till now no issues except the problem with Lithium battery Communication. 3. MuscleGrid 6.2kw inverter is good but battery seems to be not that good based on the feedback from other friends. Most of them said that they are getting 90AH range only even if they are saying 120AH. based on those feedback we can suspect that they may be using low quality cells

@@tsrini68 1. if you are looking for ongrid hybrid with export then you have to chose Deye in the current condition. 2.if you need normal hybrid inverter then you can choose Lionics(2yr warranty), MuscleGrid (1yr warranty), cellcronic(2yr warranty)... 3.For Lithium battery - you can chose Lionics(you can check the video available in channel both 24&48 series) . Or you can buy locally if they are providing at reasonable rate with good quality cells. 4. Tip- When going with LFP try to buy pack with smart bms (Mobile App Option model) + Active balancer

sure, using as pure offgrid. I have connected grid only for testing purpose. When using as offgrid its better to disconnect N&L from Grid that will help to protect inverter from Grid issues. if using Lead acid battery manage your load based on the C rating of battery, also make sure that you have enough Solar and battery capacity. Charging settings will be based on your battery data sheet.

yes, normally starting current and running current of 1 hp submersible will be under 6 kw. just cross check power consumption of your device. also make a proper research before purchasing since some users are commented that they have issue with muscle grid service

yes it can export but no BIS. Grid tie operation can be controlled at settings 37 - (off/hybrid) and 38 specify how much current we can export. Please note that this inverter don't have BIS certification so we need to make sure that GRID provider will allow us to export. Do not export if GRID provider is not allowing.

Tried drilling machine and cutting machine they will work fine. Not tested with welding machine. You can check the connected loads in the load testing video which is already avilable in the channel. Devices will work if it's under 6KW load

Yes, it has load sharing. So we can mix Grid+solar to provide out to load. Just turn off grid export if you don't have net-meter(check with your grid provider). We can share solar+grid or solar +battery based on our need. If using main output only then you can load upto 6200W

No you can't since it has no BIS Certification. Without a valid BIS Certification Grid provider will not allow net metering. You can also cross check with your electricity provider.

You need to use multiple 24V solar panels. Please note that normally 24V solar panel has around 50V VOC and we will be using these panels in series to get minimum working voltage . for this inverter we need to connect at least 3 to 4 panels in series since VOC is higher. FYI : 12V and 24V panel parallel setup is used in old days for PWM charge controllers, in MPPT check VOC and working voltage. Hope this will clear your doubts

Means it could deliver full power at 240v Vmp and at 27A (240v x 27A = 6500w). The 120A mentioned is the maximum battery charging/discharging current (120A x 51.6v = 6200W).

If you are using it as pure off grid then you can expect more life since issues from grid will make any issues. if its connected to grid then make sure that you all needed protection. Giving more warranty will give confidence for users but price will increase but that does it always shows quality . Hope it helps you
