A video on how to clean this thing would be helpful. I have one, and we overflowed some omelette mixture, now I have a real mess, and no idea if it can be taken apart to be cleaned.

I just purchased mine at a Sears that is closing down, but no measuring cup. Do you know how many ounces to the line, so I can use my own cup?
