I would be happy with your haul, apart from the Vanna's Choice, I like acrylic if it feels nice, not playing otherwise. I do love the colours and I think experimenting with colour and different weights of yarn is fun. I did get an Advent, I didn't even know they were a thing before this year, I am really enjoying the very varied colours. I love colours, so working up a beautiful scarf in stripy colours I would have probably never chosen is an adventure and I cannot wait to wear it.

I'm always surprised at how 100% acrylic can feel so different. Glad you are enjoying your Advent. Which one did you get?

@@offthehookcrochetnicole I got the Wool one, which I think is made by Temu but I never had one before and I cannot reliably get Amazon here. To be fair, I wouldn't have picked the colour palette but using it to made a Tunisian simple stitch scarf is giving a very sort of 1980's plus United Colours of Benneton feel, so I am loving it.
