I just found out about this Bible earlier today and ordered it almost immediately. Catholic journaling Bibles are very hard to find and I thought it was a especially helpful to have the references to the catechism.

Thank you for the unboxing video! This is a beautiful bible and I just ordered and received the bible. Unfortunately, this bible won't work for me as the text print is way too small. Even with reading glasses this is not a comfortable read. I felt the need to share this important information about this bible as text print size in bibles is very important to many people. The Ascension Great Adventure bible, for example, has a perfect font size.

Thanks for this unboxing/review. I’ve been interested in this Bible but I wanted to get a better look at it before I took the plunge and purchased it since it’s a bit spendy. I just ordered it and I’m excited about it! I’d be curious what your thoughts are on this Bible after a couple of months of use. Since you’re a convert I’d also be curious to know how you think this compares to the many interesting Protestant Bible offerings. I’ve had some Bible envy the last few years. I’m so happy a Catholic women’s journaling Bible is on the market, yay!

I just got this Bible myself. I really enjoy reading from it and the essays that are interspersed throughout. The only issue I’ve come across is that there are parts of Philippians and 2 Thessalonians are missing and replaced with pages from other books. Make sure those are correct before it’s too late to exchange.

I was just in book of Esther and all the chapters as rearranged, wrong order and missing chapter 5...🤦‍♀️ So it looks like I will have to return it. It is disappointing since I was so excited...it was $92 CAD...such a costly Bible should not have these printing errors. I appreciate message as caused me to look through all the pages.

@@karmiclaugh oh no! Yeah, I’m not too sure what’s going on. I have contacted the actual publisher and told them, rather than the Catholic bookstore I bought it from. I’m hoping that will ensure that I get a copy that is correct!

Hi again! So the publisher actually is sending me a new copy! But I also wanted to let you know, after looking at my other Catholic bibles, Esther is supposed to be disarranged. Everything that is italicized is the deuterocanonical portions not present in the Protestant Bibles. And chapter 5 is in small brackets within chapter 15. I will be in regular font. It’s confusing but if you can just ignore the chapter numbers and read it in the order it is written.
