Great Unboxing. Can't wait to hear your thoughts on Two-Lane Blacktop. It's basically a raw, gritty, 70's road movie where two cars race cross country against each other. Thats the minimum of it without giving anything away...even though it's not really a "spoiler" kind of film.

Your Georgia B&N stores were pretty well stocked. Some stores have pared down their Criterion sections down. Georgia has my three favorite KZbin Criterion channels, yours, The Welder and 20th and 21st Movies.

My soul smiles whenever I hear of "Harakiri". Masterpiece. Possibly the greatest film ever made. The director has another masterpiece called "Samurai Rebellion". I highly recommend it and another great film noir to check out would be "Out Of The Past".

I just watched Harakiri today and yeah it was really good. This, Seven Samurai, and Ran are my favorite Japanese films---excluding anime films like Spirited Away, Grave of the Fireflies and A Silent Voice of course.

If you want a good 4K player, check out the Sony UBP-X700. It's on the cheaper side but it's really good for the price. It also has Dolby Vision so that's something worth mentioning. Aside from that, this was a really good haul.

For me Do The Right Thing is 10 of 10!! Harakiri is in my pending list. Atame (Tie me up! Tie me down) is not bad but not the best Almodovar film! I would like to see other Almodovar titles in Criterion Collection like Matador, La Ley del Deseo y Que he hecho para merecer esto!

Wish they’d put out more from Korea Harakiri is also on my wishlist Almodovar is amazing from what I’ve seen and I haven’t seen Tie Me Up.
