Shame TomTom have scrapped realising the SIM card built in version……. Connecting to an iPhone is rubbish 😩

@@alexiosbifsa982 yes you can connect via mobile phone. Android is good but connecting via IOS is not good connection keeps dropping out 😩

@@davehalst That happens with all mobile devices eventually. Mobile phones only get updates for so long 🤷🏼

It works a dream with my Android. I'm a right old technophobe and I managed it. Took me half an evening for the whole world, minus the Carribbean which kicked in last but I rejected it as I'm not thinking of going down there anytime soon! One tip,make sure you charge the batt well before you start or the volume will be too low. If it freezes in use on a sunny, hot day, just put it in the Air con airflow to cool, when it's cooled it will work.

On behalf of a work colleague has anyone noticed that the Bluetooth connection drops out when you most need it. I have looked at it and used it myself and also found that whilst stationary the Bluetooth connection disappeared or was disabled for a minute or so. My phone is a Sumsung, colleagues is a Huawei 10. Both android. My colleague had the Professional 6250 and wanted this as an upgrade but at the moment he is currently regretting his decision. Any ideas anyone. Thank you
