@@KuzoriAkuzo I wish I had thorough personal experience with all of the ones you've listed. I can only comment on the Arete with personal opinion, and I think it is an absolute stellar option for both games and music/entertainment. That being said, everything i've seen of the Supermix 4 is that it is also going to be a legendary option for those that want a high performing IEM in all of those areas, including competitive gaming. The EM6L's have been tested and tested and vouched for by so many people since it's been out. If it were up to me, I would pick one out of those 3 after you do more personal research. I am personally perfectly content with the Arete's and don't see myself even wanting to try another pair for a LONG time. Hope that helps somewhat.
