I just found your channel yesterday. I was researching hair topper videos and you showed up. I appreciate you showing the difference between the two toppers. I love the straighten human hair. The wavy has a romantic, softer vibe. The wavy does look longer than 12" and glad you pointed that out.

Oh my gosh I love this topper! I hope it comes in silver. When I French braid my hair wet along with a strong hold styling product for a couple of days (it has to dry-I still have thick hair from the tops of my ears down) I can get the wave of this topper. And it will stay in all day if I only finger separate the waves and spray the heck out of it. I’ve done this for years now. My picture is about 3 years old. And yes I had more hair then.... sigh..... Back to the topper...I love this color on you. It really suits your skin tone. And no I’m not saying you’re ‘mousy’. Far from it! :)

Nice! 8RH14 is the best brunette shade IMHO. It looks great on you I have wavy/curly hair but this one might not blend so well as natural curly and wavy hair is not straight for the top half

Hi Trista...This was a great channel for me to find. I know very little about u-tube and less about toppers. I made the decision to go to toppers when my mild psoriasis changed from mild to hair loss in little patches that are gradually getting worse. Mostly in my crown. My hair has always been on the thin side , brown/blonde and European. I need to find something lightweight. Do I have to get human hair to be lightweight?

Absolutely not. Human hair is typically heavier than synthetic. Either one is great it's all just personal preference

It’s code is 8RH14. The medium brown with 33% highlights. Not sure why the easy name isn’t listed. I’ll let them know.

My hair is to the middle of my back and is wavy and thick in back with thinning on top from menopause. Will a topper from forehead to back with not much length and just volume work? What would you suggest?

Hi there! Most toppers have fullness on top. I would go with whatever style you are going for. Volume is always achievable. The larger base Jon Renau toppers have some permatease on top that gives them more volume.

Hello Trista! I've purchased jon renau top smart wavy 12"? Please share your experience because I am facing problem wearing it. It looks like I am wearing a buffoon. Its not laying flat on my head. Also please let me know that do I have to trim the front lace?

You can choose to cut the lace. I do on some of mine. I didn’t on that one but it is fine to do so if there is a hit too much lace. As for the the not laying down, sometimes that happens. I find that washing it helps and will set the style as you have it when wet. So that is when I adjust anything that need to be fixed.

Very pretty but absolutely no use to us that have curly! It just looks like straight hair that's had a hot tool to it. My hair is loose spiral type curls about 16in long I can't find anything 🤔
