Yes it is comfortable! I think the chain strap doesn't bother me at all as long as the clothes are not shoulderless.

No...you can't adjust the strap. If you want to shorten the strap, you can only pull the strap up so that it folds in half, then you can wear the bag as a shoulder bag.

Not really, I have used the bag for almost 10 months now and there are only a few tiny scratches at the back of the bag and they are basically unnoticeable.

Hi Lydia, the weight of the bag is around 800grams. Hope this helps you make the decision! Personally I don't find the bag heavy when using it.
