This is an unboxing video of my Umarex/VFC Walther PPQ M2 Asia Edition GBB, in the style of a "Project RS Case". Meaning that it's an airsoft pistol in a real pistol case with replica accessories etc. Also some short info on the gun itself.

Hey dude, sorry if this is weird to comment on an old video, but have you ever considered doing a full disassembly guide on the PPQ? A couple of my friends owned PPQs, but sent them back to the manufacturer because of a spring in the hammer assembly falling out of alignment (I think it's the disconnector spring? I'm not exactly sure what it's called, as I've always been more of a G-series guy until just recently) I've seen your videos on disassembly for other guns and I love how informative they are, and by the way you also saved my CAM870 after my failed trigger unit disassembly. Keep up the good work dude, and these RS Case videos are sweet!

Thank you for the kind words :D No, I have not thought about it. Mainly because there is not much aftermarket parts support for the PPQ so a full disassembly video feels kind of useless. But if there is a need for it I will consider it. It's a pretty simple gun to work on really. As long as you don't mistake the frame "trigger housing pin" for a real pin (trust me, it is NOT a pin :D ), then it should be good. The hammer mechanism is pretty much a clone of Stark Arms Glock internals.

mine did the same (the hammer locked) so i chose to disassemble it (dumb idea)and what do you know pieces fell out please i need your help you seem really good at explaining how to disassembly the gun and put in good facts keep going man

Really really nice kit man, do you know if its the same on this as the H&K USP pistols, the two letters in the middle of the slide, right side, show you what year its made?

Anthony Rangel I think I might be the one who observed and came up with the possible fix but it was confirmed by a PPQ M2 user on Arnies Airsoft forum.

I have the slide cracks to. Where do you get the recoil spring???? There is a cnc steel slide available for this gun but it cost 360 us dollars.

This is supposedly the steel slided version for as cheap as you will find it: www.ebairsoft.com/stark-arms-steel-slide-premium-p-9155.html I would advice gainst steel pistols though. Had a few, hate them... Just not worth it overall.

How bad will the crack be? Is it gonna effect the performance?

Hairline crack on both sides on top of the slide where it is serated. Nothing that affects performance or functionality short term but in the long run the entire serrated center part of the slide could crack and break :-(
