My lot is only 1/3 of an acre, but it’s fully packed with all sorts of vegetation. Even on such a small footprint the yard takes a lot of maintenance, so I try to minimize my effort whenever possible. Everything is on drip irrigation except for the 500 square feet of lawn in the back yard. My lawn mower, leaf blower, hedge trimmer, and edger (strimmer) are all battery powered. Same for a couple of hand drills. I would never go back to using corded tools or gasoline powered tools.

Exactly but so many still hang on to the heavy petrol tools. I have found the electric tools to easier to store and operate.
