I really appreciated you mentioning that it could be algo targeted towards families that can't afford buying an original Barbie doll. Cuz, quite honestly, that's why most people buy those. They don't think they're the real thing, they know it's fake, but it's all they can afford, and it makes the lil ones happy anyways 😊

They can also buy second hand dolls, thats what i do and can easily get original dolls for $1 - these dolls are usually very bad quality breaking in a day also sometimes use harmful chemicals which can be dangerous - as they are made very cheaply :(

Ah yes, I can relate so much to this. Growing up I never had an original barbie I did have like 2 but that was it, we weren't poor we were middle-class family. The reason why, is Barbie from where I am literally costs thousands and ofcourse my mom won't buy me those even tho I want it so she would buy me these fake ones (and ofcourse I wasn't aware but over time when I was like 8-9 already knew). I had lots of toys but rarely gets branded ones so I'm pretty happy that he mentioned that

I used to get flack for showing and destroying knock off toys, because people are like “But poor kids can’t afford the real stuff!” Umm, have you ever heard of Goodwill? Your review of the Frozen one…killed me…the text talking about-This is where it all began but it also says Frozen 2, so hmmmm🤔. Not to mention the leaves, yes they are orange but look at the shape of them closely…yah that’s no fall leaf from a tree if you know what I’m saying!!! I think the Focus Girl doll or whatever it’s called had a stomach hole because maybe it was designed to have a toy baby and removable belly there (probably based on the real doll’s mould, but they just didn’t bother to include the extras!) Just a hunch. 🤷‍♀️

Omg that first one with the hole had me in stitches...its 'Operation barbie'!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. I'd definitely keep the backdrop, that's actually nice and useful for photos. I really don't like the fakes, mostly so the blatant stealing of artwork (def NOT COOLB) BUT I have to say, if you are teaching yourself how to do face ups, re rooting or wanting to try a modification..they are a great affordable way to try out things on similar moulds without fear of ruining a real barbie/disney doll. Donate them to charity Joey, there are a lot of kids who simply can't afford expensive dolls so at least you can share a bit of love and make someone less fortunate happy.xo

Barbie doll from 90s had an amazing quality.i have this doll it's plastic colour has changed and has become oily and smells very good.its moment is still very smooth.face plastic is even more better .it's still the same as it was 20 years ago .no oilyness no discoloration.
