dress in layers and you wouldn't need a 8xxx winter jacket. ever wonder how construction and anyone outside stays warm with out looking like they live in the Antarctic

One way to stay warm during the winter without looking like a potato sack is to wear a thin long sleeve and then on top a “100% pure virgin wool” sweater and on top of that a regular ski or puffy jacket! Even though 100% pure virgin wool sweaters are expensive, just go thrift for them! The way you can tell if it’s 100% wool is by checking the tags behind the neck and voila!!! You’re set!!!

Even the new ones don't work. I ahve never ever seen one that is actually airtight. Within 10 minutes they are already back to half their original volume...

Problem is we don't carry a vacuums on vacations. It's only from home before you fly. Coming back you end up with to much stuff.

The luggage bags do not need a vacuum. The large bags are more for storing stuff at home.

they will be prettymuch the same weight as before... minus the weight of the air that you removed, and plus the weight of the ziploc bag that you added ;-)
