We’ll have to see if this was her doing or the culture developed by the former retired National Champion coach. If you gave Tony Dungy’s 2002 Bucs team to any bum on the street to coach, they could easily win an SB. Which is exactly what happened with Jon Gruden. Let’s see if she maintains consistency over the years. But off to a good start nonetheless.
