Steam deck is doing incredible things with these newer releases. Important to remember this is the enhanced version of the game running on a mobile chipset. Would be interesting to see how the PS4 version fares on Valves miracle device. Very glad I’ve been enjoying mine since April. Uncharted is downloading as I type this.

Playing these games on Steam Deck is just incredible, to think you'd be able to play this on a handheld when it came out was unheard of. Also playing Dead Space, God Of War, A Plague Tale Requiem, among other current gen only games is just amazing! I play it a lot more than my consoles.

And motion blur. The creators intent for this game was full blown cinematic and the motion blur used is of the finest quality. Rarely does a game benefit from it but with these it does esp to cover up the 30fps scenarios. It is botched on PC thus far and needs patching. Otherwise yeah the nasty shadows of the PS versions and the lame aniso are what holds it back now

@@Orain88 Not as much as their hits like Spiderman, God of War, and The Last of us. Bloodborne would be a last option. I doubt Elden Ring expanded the souls-type genre all that much. I'm literally one of those gamers where Elden Ring was my first souls like game. The second I decided to check out the others I was disappointed that they were nothing like Elden Ring. You can become pretty OP early in Elden Ring, so it doesn't really feel like a souls game.

I play on ps5 and i have some flickering in this game. only happens when I'm in the pause menu or the main game menu. It's not constant like something psychedelic but it happens every 10 seconds for example with a little flash and not in the whole screen. During gameplay I have no problem. For this to stop happening, I have to turn off vrr in the game menu. The last of us part 1 suffered from something even worse as the flickering was permanent if you played with vrr active in the game menu. How the hell no one mencioned this 🤷

Quizás en rasterisado puro pueda igualarla, pero la nueva generación de RT cores para Ray Tracing y Tensor cores para IA le dan una ventaja a las nuevas GPUs de Nvidia. DLSS 3 con frame generation es magia, y es algo que el algoritmo de FSR no puede hacer porque tiene sus limitaciones.
