Excellent story dudes!! Did OP's parents leave the house to her or to her uncle? Unless they left it to her uncle, HE's the one trespassing. Karma shut him for 20 years in prison!

Why does Uncle still have access to the house? Once the daughters were of legal age, shouldn't their inheritance have kicked in?

There's no need to cut ties with the sister for being stupid. She was as much a victim of the uncle's scheme as OP since she was also losing inheritance if the scheme succeeded.

I don’t understand why OP is treating the sister the way she did. The sister was being fed. Lies by the uncle. The sisters can forge a new relationship that will be stronger and lasting into the future.
