I played soccer all the way through college and played on winning teams and very mediocre teams and learned a lot. Kids can learn discipline in either martial arts or sports. I've been training in TKD for the last 5 years with my kids. It's something that I love to do not only as bonding time but it's teaching them to have respect and discipline for other people and themselves. Getting your butt kicked (in sports or sparing match) is a humbling experience and teaches you a very valuable life lesson. It is something lacking in todays society. Humble yourself and still have respect for yourself and others. Love the show, thank you guys. God bless.
