Vinerva is great and apparently it's possible to win the game with this god without using agents at all. It's not something I've tried personally, but I've read that it's possible.

@@UncleCarpsGamingCorner It makes sense, she has enough with her gifts to overpower the buff from not infiltrated territory. (If that is how it works anyways)

Idk if you'll read this at this point. But was there a reason that weren't raiding farms or something to spread famine for the gift acceptance? It seems like the trade is pretty good, especially if like the golden flowers they can use them more than once.
