Hello Mr Lee, coincidently I am looking for a good cardiologist in KL and of all places, I found one from this video. For many weeks now, I have tried to google for one and I am very grateful to you for this recommendation. Please share more health related recommendations in your future videos as this could be life saving for some of your audience. Many thanks again, Mr Lee, and may you be blessed with good health.

Dr Khoo is a pretty famous cardiologist in Malaysia and he is also the founder of the medical center in Midvalley. A very visionary medical practitioner. He and his company invented that MyPocketDoc and when I talked to him, he is able to visualize how the future of medicine and how technology can help both doctors and patients.

Was your friend's hospitalization expense in Sri Lanka covered by travel insurance or did he have to foot the bill himself? How much did it cost?
@UncleLeeAdventuresАй бұрын
@@kimberlyho3375 I don’t know the detail of his hospitalization cost. I only got to know him at the KLIA airport and I understand that he is an insurance agent. So he probably would have coverage if he is an insurance agent. Btw he is a 72 year old male. However it is always a good practice to buy travel insurance whenever traveling. Never know what can happen when we go on trips.

@@UncleLeeAdventures I'm curious, was it a public or govt hospital that he was treated in?
@UncleLeeAdventuresАй бұрын
@@lexilexis6963 government hospital.
@lexilexis6963Ай бұрын
@@UncleLeeAdventures I always advice anyone especially the elderly when they're travelling that if they're feeling unwell or tired, better to stay and rest in the hotel and not go around anymore. If really feel extremely unwell, immediately go to the hospital and not wait. I was previously working for the emergency dept for an insurance company, many elderly lost their lives when they travel because of these reasons but of course the underlying was cardio issues. Always always purchase your travel insurance before departure from a reliable company. Medical expenses overseas for foreigners are very expensive hence thats when the insurance kicks in to assist. Once, i made payment to a US Hospital for medical expenses which came upto 6 digits as that patient visited the emergency dept during the night.

Hi Mr Lee, I am going there next 2 weeks. May I know what is the optional tours that are worth to join. Estimate how much ringgit to change for this tour and any good things to buy there. Thank you!
@UncleLeeAdventuresАй бұрын
@@kittay1442 good morning. FYI, ALL optional tours are worth joining. Don’t miss out on any. Optional tours and additional expenses like street food, etc will total about RMB1500 per person. Shopping only on the last day in a very very HUGE complex! There’s everything there! Scarf, bags, clothing, jewelry, snacks, silver, etc. Something unique to buy there is the alcohol that comes in very unique and special bottles. We buy it because of the bottles and not so much for the alcohol inside. Btw, it’s not expensive. A lot of people in our group also bought lamb wool scarves - they are cheap like RMB100-150 a piece. Some people bought like 10-20 pieces to resell back in Malaysia. And of course, the snacks are awesome too. I am sure you will enjoy the trip. It should be cold in October so do bring warm clothing. All the best! 👍

How come Kin Kuan got upgraded to business class but not you?
@UncleLeeAdventuresАй бұрын
@@cckwong8968 Kin Kuan did not get upgraded to business class. We paid extra for the business class. For the rest of us, we paid RM3,999 just like everyone else. He only confirmed the trip one week before the travel as he was searching for jobs. As soon as he got a job offered, I ask to include him for our trip but all economy seats were sold out. Managed to get the last remaining business class seat for additional RM1,700. So his fare was RM5,699. We have not been on an overseas trip together since he started studying in HK. So it’s a very much needed family time together. ❤️

You should exchange your seat with him. Business class seat is more comfortable for elderly people.
