The culvert at 1:17:50 is installed incorrectly. Not buried deep enough, and needs to be turned 90 degree to actually cross the road.

Another great video, you can't beat the north woods of Maine for content! Beavers are bad where I am too, I frequent ATV and other trails daily and they can flood them out quite badly. It takes awhile to get a trapper in to relocate them even when they undermine a fence by a fairly busy airport. A month plus later they finally got trapped. Strangely I have not seen any black bears this year but last year I saw quite a few including one stalking a woman walking down an atv trail! I scared it away though....

I mentioned in your "stuck" video about airing down. Wouldn't be a bad idea for situations like this too. Larger contact area will help keep you from sinking so far into the soft spots, and on the washout areas with the large rocks it'll give you a smoother ride. 👍🏽

They only stay with their mom for a year till the momma boots them to get ready for another calf. Hopefully it will survive so it can grow old and produce many more offspring for the future. Stay safe out there bud and I’ll see you on your next adventure.

That moose likes the road also. About 4 years ago coming down from Mt Rainier Washington for an all night astrophotography session 3 Elk followed me down on the side of the road for about 100 yards before they moved off the side of the road. It was in late September so they were in rut. I was lucky they didn’t try to fight my SUV. ❤

You did say last year that below the first culvert dam removal, that below was another beaver pond? Question #2 will that pond be dismantled since it will eventually back up water into the secondary pond? And I agree with another viewers statement, the second camera movement zooming in and out is distracting. I just happy you will be back to unclogging culverts!
