My massage therapist did a similar thing to my jaw and I felt like a whole new person. Like I could actually move my jaw such much more and not have any tension headaches. I feel like it also helped me breathe better briefly since I have a deviated septum. Not gonna lie it is a weird feeling having someone poke around the inside of your mouth/jaw

OMG,I'm exactly like this. I never thought of going to chiro for this. I will try it. Constant sinus pain,neck pain,bk pain,jaw locks on occasion. I was a vegetarian for ten yrs. I workout,I drink plenty of water n I take my vitamins. Yes it helped but still n the migraines are the worst. I will try get realigned like a car.

I wish I could make the trip to have you adjust me. I've had 2 chiropractors tell me my back, neck, and hips are jacked up. The first one, I went to for years, before he passed away. The second, I hadn't been to a chiropractor for several years. She saw me walk in, tilted her head at me, then put her hands on my back, did a little brief massage, and say, 'Ooh, lady. You are all kinds of messed up. You are wound tighter than a wind up toy. This is gonna take several visits.' I didn't start to feel the actual cracking until my 3rd visit. 😅

For real though, Mondragón and her brother are in the minority of chiros who actually practice helpful physical therapy. They don’t claim to be able to permanently fix any problem, they don’t claim any sort of miracle work, they just say “hey your body is stuck and I’m going to get you moving a little so you can start to heal”. It’s REALLY a different mind set from the other schools of thought of “I’m going to do the same 4 ridiculous things to each patient and also tell them I can cure scoliosis” all the dude-bro chiros practice.
