It was only after he challenged the authorities and the lawmakers in his quest to truly fulfill the law and to restore the true religion of Abraham when the Jews ordered his death sentence and the Roman authorities merely followed the prosecution. Now answer me this.. how can a people who don't even believe he was the messiah be the dictator of who and what he was? Christ is the living messiah through and through the body of Jesus. And no man, idol, god, nor diety is worthy of being titled the all mighty creator and claiming of your soul. Things die and decompose and so on but it was our Lord and in his divine wisdom which he created us from dust and a clump of sperm to blood and bones in perfect measurements. That in itself is the mercy. The free will we are given but at the end if the day when the signs are revealed to the servant/slave it is the responsibility of the being to understand and reflect what's being shown. Why Jesus' sacrifice is required for the atonement of our sins as apposed to simply forgiving sins! Put simply God will not contradict His Word, God does not trivialize his word. GOD does not contradict his word. An example of this would be when Adam and Eve ate from the tree of knowledge after God had forbidden them to do so. To Adam God said, "Because you listened to your wife and ate from the tree about which I commanded you, ‘You must not eat of it,’ Cursed is the ground because of you; through painful toil you will eat of it all the days of your life. It will produce thorns and thistles for you, and you will eat the plants of the field. By the sweat of your brow you will eat your food until you return to the ground, since from it you were taken; for dust you are and to dust you will return." (God is telling Adam he must not eat from the tree and that if he does he will surly die) -Genesis 3:17-19 God drives man from his presence. So the LORD God banished him from the Garden ... -Genesis 3:23 Could God simply forgive Adam, NO! Why does God not simply forgive Adam: Because God will not contradict His Word!!! The same powerful Word that formed the universe cursed Man (because of Adams sin). God will not trivialize His Word by arbitrarily forgiving sin! God's curse will not be stopped. Now God has given us his Laws. breaking these laws is considered sin. Sin is punishable by death and eternal Hell Fire. Fortunately, God loves us and wants to extend mercy to us. Therefore, God sent His one and only son, born of a virgin, and free from the sinful nature, subject to temptation like us, but without sin, to suffer the curse on our behalf, although innocent, that we who believe on him should not perish but have eternal life. LET ME EXPLAIN THIS FURTHER: It is very much like the story of Abraham, who is called to sacrifice his son, but then God himself provides a substitute (an unblemished Lamb) in the place of the one who was to die. Now to the forgiveness of our sins: Sin is rebellion against the highest authority. It is an offense against God's holiness and right to institute all laws. It is basically saying that we know better what is right and wrong and we disregard God's authority. God doesn't want to dilute the seriousness of his commands by "just forgiving it without penalty" which would compromise his own holiness. SO HOW CAN OUR SINS BE FORGIVEN IF A PENALTY MUST BE PAID. Only one without sin could be the substitute for FOR US. Only ONE WHO IS NOT already in debt THEMSELVES and bankrupt, can pay the penalty for others. So, "theoretically" if there had been a sinless human being who was nothing but a human being, then yes. [at least that is how I see it]. But there was none, because all have sinned and have defiled themselves with their rebellion against God in many small and big disobedience's. In the same manner, Jesus is the substitutionary lamb who died in our place so that we may live. Without a penalty being paid we can not be forgiven of our sins. Jesus in the bible is referred to as the lamb of God. God required a sacrifice for the forgiveness of sin. He does not trivialize His Word by arbitrarily forgiving sin! He does not contradict his word. So according to Islam God will just forgive sins. Islam teaches God will weigh up good deeds vs Bad deeds. With this approach God's WORD is trivialized...God has given us his commandments/Laws and tells us death and eternal hellfire is the penalty if we break them. With the case of Adam he suffers the penalty for his sin of going against the word of God. SO DOING GOOD DEEDS IS NOT PAYING A PENALTY FOR THE SINS YOU HAVE COMMITTED. GOD TELLS US THE PENALTY IS DEATH AND ETERNAL HELLFIRE. I am not master of expression but my friends i truly hope you see the logic behind it. Put simply God will not contradict His Word, God does not trivialize his word.

Christians get really hung up on semantics. So if they say God doesnt "need" anything, don't use the same word again in your argument. They'll take it as you dont understand or care so use a synonym; wants, requires, demands. This is a habit Hisham needs to break

Example H: bible says "there is no forgiveness without blood" why does god NEED a sacrifice? C: god doesn't NEED anything? It's called a covanant! Your God requires you to remove your foreskin... Does your God not have the power to create you without one?? Does this now make sence to you? Now that iv given you an example that you can relate too. Animal sacrifice symbolised blood being spilled for the atonement of sins and it couldn't be just any animal.. It had to be a healthy animal without defects (in other words worthy). This dates back to Abraham who you deem a phophet too. Jesus chose to die as it symbolises atonement for our sins by someone worthy. Its not that he had too but he chose too as it represented something that people were familiar with and understood. It's symbolic! and all we have to do is accept this. Its made a huge impact and is the cornerstone of the Christian faith today. Hashim likes to make the point that God is self sufficient and doesn't require anything from us... Which i agree with 💯 ...but it doesn't mean he's gonna hand out forgiveness just like that... He wants you to know where it came from and that his love and mercy come at a price. Just as you are required to cut off your foreskins... Pray 5 times a day... Not eat the swine..slaughter animals in a certian way... Is this because your God has no other options and no other choice??? Or does he command you to do this because it symbolises something? Now use that same logic and apply it to my religion and it will make sense.

@Taha Niya So you don't believe that prophet Isiah received his revelation about jesus from God. So what evidence do we have that Mohammed received a revelation from an angel. He might have fell asleep and was dreaming. God never personally spoke to Mohammed and everytime he got a revelation it was always when he was alone.

If the Qur'an is a perfect book from Allah, then there shouldn't be any contradictions in it. Of course, the Muslims will deny any contradictions exist in the Qur'an, but they do. Some of the contradictions below could be debated, but some of them are clearly contradictions. A contradiction occurs when one statement on a subject excludes the possibility of another. The first one here is a good example. In Surah 19:67, it states that man was created out of nothing. In 15:26, man is created from clay. Since clay is something, we have a contradiction since "nothing" excludes the possibility of "clay." Both cannot be true. All quotes from the Qur'an, unless otherwise specified, are from Yusuf Ali and can be found at the Qur'an online. What was man created from: blood, clay, dust, or nothing? "Created man, out of a (mere) clot of congealed blood," (96:2). "We created man from sounding clay, from mud moulded into shape, (15:26). Truly the Righteous will be in Bliss: On Thrones (of Dignity) will they command a sight (of all things): Thou wilt recognize in their faces the beaming brightness of Bliss. Their thirst will be slaked with Pure Wine sealed," (83:22-25)
