Hello Kumar, I would say system has loopholes , system has to be fixed, ICE has to be enforced to check anywhere, interesting point i want to bring up ( Students who work illegally at gas station where shot by robberers are been given U Visa and Green card, if you check this situation at the first instance working in gas station is wrong still uscis is giving them U visa, what do you think ? Who is at mistake , i see uscis is not clear on rules and regulations, if it is clear how would a student working illegally on f1 will be granted U visa.

You must follow the rules and regulations to the country you currently reside . If you are in F1 visa then you cannot work outside your university . You submitted documents to us consulor confirming you are able to support yourself based on I-20 but you fraudulently supported the documents as you cannot support yourself so you are working outside rather than compete study and go back home . Whenever there is a gun shooting, F1 or H-1B dies in that in night shift gas station, if I place a video, 1 condemning the killings. 2. visa violations of working illegally, 3 employers' unethical practices of hiring illegal workers 4 ICE then some guys will attack me for point 2.
