Barbara. I got you. They sell mic holders, very cheap, you can get a good one. They fasten to a table or a stand. You attach your mic to it. That's what you needed here. Two of those. I have a white one. It would be perfect for this set. Please get the mic holders and get yourself two mics great for podcasts and you're set. This audio is terrible. It's coming from the camera. Some cameras pick up terrible audio quality because that's not their primary focus during production. Some are designed to increase voice volume and drown out background noises. Keep that in mind when shopping for particular recording equipment.
