Those of you confused about the final product... Scholly is an App that helps you find scholarships. Being technology based, this is RIGHT up Mark and Robert's alley. They were trying to ask him questions, but before he could really give answers or information, Daymond and Lori jumped in, and basically made the "Here's the offer, take it or leave it" pitch to him. Since Mark and Robert hadn't gotten the information they wanted, they hadn't made an offer so he took Daymond and Lori's. Mark and Robert were upset because D and L do not know the first thing about how to make an app successful, and just threw money at him solely because they liked the product, and not how to make it more productive. They had a very valid argument. With Mark and Robert, guaranteed he would have grown the app many times over.

But when Lori and Daymond do almost the same but not quite as ruthless, Mark and co have valid points when they get mad. You don't see your own hypocrisy and it's laughable. It should be where they make offers and they get to choose which one works best for them... not the pressure of, "If I don't take this offer, there might not be another." And yes, each shark has their own specialties. Mark and Robert's technology backgrounds would have been the much better choice... for a technology based company.
