That is a really easy fix, probably other brands will have the same issue and that easy fix.

Have you pushed the white foam underneath the rubber gasket? It’s a magnet under. U need to make it float.

I found the solution to the problem. I applied the same operations to the upper brake oil filter. problem solved.

Kan og være reima... generelt sett over hele fjøla så har jeg sett flere kunder være misfornøyd med kundeservice fra forhandlere av Segway, så ikke forvent for mye.. Jeg var inne på service og hadde flere varsellamper etter endt service enn før :/

You can try, i was thinking if this happens again for me then i will replace the rubber gasket with an O-ring.
