To adjust the microphone volume click on Windows key and type Sound Settings. Scroll down to Input and select your microphone from the drop-down menu and click on device properties. By default, Razer’s volume was set to 50 but when I change it to 100, it sounds almost as loud as the Blue Snowball.

Thanks for your feedback mate. Well I think "better" is subjective. Some people may prefer the ease of use whereas others may prioritise sound quality. Both mics sound good when they are close to the sound source so you can't go wrong with any of them.
