This has got to be one of the most valuable, high-integrity, inspirational presentations of new guitar tech I‘ve seen. Love the authenticity of the masterful musician, as well as the options in this new version of the TWA. I have the original one, but ended up not using it much for various reasons. The new one is much more to my liking…. Now if I hadn‘t just pre-ordered the new Yamaha TAG3 C (with built-in effects and app control), I‘d be on the new TWA in a sec.

This is an awesome device. I just pre-ordered one this morning. Do you think they will in the future add a looper to the app? As sitting in the park with one guitar looping would be great! I have several loopers, including one that runs on battery power and has drums. But still need an amp to hear it. So a looper built in to the app so it all just comes out of the guitar alone would make this completely amazing! Great review, and awesome playing! Thank you!

I have mine ordered on Kickstarter . I have wanted one of these for so long and I knew how good it was.. I was trying to imagine what a 2.0 of this product would be like and I have to say that this seems even beyond my expectations with all the effects at once and the app control..It was an immediate purchase for me. Can't wait to make beautiful music with this thing!

I've seen all types of guitar accessories over the years but nothing this mind blowing. As of now, we don't plan on any future updates for the first gen TWA beyond v2.7, but we will continue to offer support indefinitely!

Since the effects are controlled thru an app I wouldn’t doubt the engineers that work for TWA to look past adding a feature like that. The issue with loopers is they overpower the previous recording and clips. The only self diminishing audio I know of thats decay is beautiful as well as the clarity from recording loops is from Strymon. So we’ll see.

It does help a lot more when a quality guitar is used. In this case a Gibson.
