Yellowknife is my old hometown in the Northwest Territories, been fishing at the East Arm of Great Slave lake many times. Awesome stuff man. Caught my 30 pound Lake trout at Utsingi point on great slave.

First time I ever heard of Great Slave Lake I was probably 12 watching Virgil Ward's fishing show. Always at the end he would show the lures they used and would show how them jigged them in an aquarium. Man am I old.
