I went ice fishing on Lake Winnipesaukee in New Hampshire every winter in my younger years(80s-90s), I have never pulled a Lake Trout even close to the size of those fish through the ice. There were no electronics, no braided Spectra or Dyneema braided lines, in those days, we fished cross style wood tip ups with live shiners. Damn those were a couple of beauties, nice catch.

Congrats Clayton. And yes that double hole is possible with a gas auger. Even with the water, I do triple holes with my jiffy 10" in two plus feet of ice. What a day of fishing, just crazy.
