And i am all for Nike /JB re-releasing grails ; other than resellers and gate-keepers who wouldn't want them to re-release with more people being able to buy and more importantly actually wear them. I hope Nike /JB keep doing that for more and more grails and wouldn't mind eventually seeing retros of even somewhat more recent sneakers with over-inflated resale values from that pandemic boom / bubble. But certainly all for grails re-releasing and if anything might help the brand anyway as outside of certain Jordan models and Kobes many sneakers are sitting (including quite a few Jordan releases) and Nike / JB struggling a bit with innovation and sales (for certain models / releases) in general.

And unwearable due to age or worth (most people not going to put sneakers worth 1000s of dollars on feet). Will be great to hopefully get new and possibly even improved versions of various grails and see people actually wearing them.

Thanks for the info Brian. WC4s super excited for next year ; one of my all-time favorite Jordans and one of the releases most excited about in 2025. Hopefully no change to the plans between now and WC4's release day of having them clean / close to OG and on that updated shape. Looking forward to next year's AJ5s as well ; def a fan of the model (even if not a superfan of them) but the AJ5 shape has been off for years and quite happy JB supposed to be addressing that. Black Metallic 5s I am fine with that type reimagining with extra 3M hits , not a deal breaker at all for me and much prefer that to aged detailing or most material change-ups.

It’s wild that Nike is re-releasing the Wutang and Undefeated 4s. If they continue to re-release grails they will absolutely kill the seller market. That might be good for people who want them however resellers won’t be buying shoes in the hoards anymore and Nike will then cut back on releases and you won’t get any releases at all. For a large portion of sneaker collectors this is an investment. Wearing them or not and this will no longer be that for a large portion of the community. It will be bad for all of us if they keep re-releasing grails

I want them all but mark my words if Nike keeps that up all shoes will drop to nothing just assuming Nike will re-release. No one will holds new pairs anymore. Stock will run out drastically and pairs will be nothing. The initial all sounds good for the buyer but eventually Nike will just cut costs and cut releases if they aren’t selling out. Everyone wants it until it happens. Just like digital everything. Trust me you all do not want this to happen.
