Nice looking solid romaine lettuce. Much better than the very dicey cut lettuce you get on typical big macs. I remember that small cut lettuce gave Matt Stoney a rough time when he did the 20 big mac challenge from so much of it falling off and piling up. He had to basically eat a salad bowl's worth of lettuce during cleanup at the end.

there is a bunch of companies here in australia not long ago came out with a sauce called burger sauce. it is based on the same recipe as the big mac sauce. a couple of the brands at least are quite accurate to that original flavour.

Yeah, the sauce is essentially thousand island dressing, that’s why. I’ve made Big Mac tacos with that dressing and it was indistinguishable from Mac sauce

They replicated the Mac sauce. Which is so easy. Lol... My uncle has worked at McDonalds for 45 years. Too bad I couldn't unload a picture. 1 cup mayonnaise 1/4th cup ketchup 1/4th cup sweet relish 1 Tablespoon mustard 2 Tablespoons onion powder 1 Teaspoon lemon juice Mix and chill for a few hours. ❤ Hope I don't get sued. Our burgers are usually a mix of beef and pork with spices etc and sometimes 'fillers'. Our burgers are also usually served well done for health and safety reasons.
