Great job, Joel! The tomatoes look terrible and under ripened but otherwise the sandwich looks nice and fresh. The raspberry chipotle sauce is tempting me to experiment with creating a cranberry chipotle sauce for my turkey sandwiches.

I think the thing that just made me smile most was the fact I was trying to check out the Wayawell Bubbly Probiotic Soda. Something about the label made me very curious and Joel said it's name, said it tasted good, read the slogan and that just made me happy. He took a few moments just to talk about his drink because it was something new to him.

Looks really good. For me a club is 3 pieces of toasted bread. Ham, turkey, bacon, cheddar, swiss, lettuce, tomato and mayo. I could get behind a spicy brown mustard as well.
