Thanks Benney! I do, DM me on Instagram (Max Vs food) and I'll be able to help. But essentially id do a test run a week or so before hand with lots of chocolate cake and hot chocolate to get used to the sugar rush and pushing through it! I would also start having big meals that are low calorie so your stomach gets stretched. And I'd also be active in the lead up to the challenge to work up an appetite!
