I always lived in flats too small for that. You could hang that wedding backdrop on the wall inside the Murphy bed. Like a decorative headboard/rest. You could even add ropes or braids to tie the colors into your curtains or just swap them for complementary curtains when the bed is down. If you have any scenery pictures from the wedding you could even float them off the wall slightly as the backdrop hangs behind them.

I love the makeover guys. It's so nice now. I'm so envious of the Murphy Bed. I'd love it in my guest bedroom. Like you I have a lot of "machines" but for sewing. I also have them on a stand like your bots. My husband built a frame around the top of the rolling stand, and I made a curtain that I velcroed (or you could also use hooks and a heavy flat sail material) to the top of the frame so all the things were hidden when a guest was there. It was just the last step in hiding the industrial side of the room. I went with fabric because unlike a built in it could be completely taken off when you wanted to play with your toys a lot. :) Hope this helps.

When I was younger I never thought I’d grow up and love cleaning videos and organization. And like adult stuff. But then I had a baby and moved out. And I loved picking flooring and paints and organizing things! And you guys really help me stay in my organizing mind! Also I love those floors they are to die for! And with the Murphy bed you could get a few a paintings or something to stick onto the doors and make them secure so it adds a little umph and it can also be pulled down with the bed!
