Really great video and analysis. Crazy how far they got with it. If I were going to guess I don’t think they found a construction flaw at this point. Probably more balance sheet, visa, or personal path.

Thanks! So many reasons why they could have abandoned the project.

Please when you do properties let us know if they can be torn down and rebuilt.

Pretty much any house that has good road access can be rebuilt. It is only houses with small lane access that can't be rebuilt. Thanks!

hey there, I prefer the former video format of showing the property, and describing it...maybe compile all the facts and info about the property beforehand and and just make a 3 or 4 minute video with just the one guy.....a 7 minute off the cuff conversation with random info makes it less watchable. the other guy seems knowledgeable but it just doesn't come across on video very well ..also it divides the screen up even more and the pictures on the Japanese websites are already small af.

Thanks for the feedback. I will try to remember to zoom in on the pictures in the future. Thanks!

I have mixed feelings about this one. On one hand if I were to move to Japan, this sort of a "bring your hammer special" would be appealing both to my desire to make things as well as a way to spread out cost over time. But on the other hand I'd rather be in a small town(and probably in a warmer area). When I was in Japan I strongly prefered the vibe of places like Hanno, Uji or Toyosato, over the bustle of Tokyo and Osaka where I mainly enjoyed specific destinations. Even back home I feel more at ease out of the city and would move out if my current circumstances didn't make it impractical.
