I love your show Darling, in Johnson City. Trying to avoid Tornado Alley, new strange weather patterns. I would like to make you my buyers agent for any property that I seen from your show. To be honest, reason why property is cheap. Location, location, location. Let me say a few choice Vocabulary, Climate change, tornadoes, hurricanes, floods, fires, HOA, insurance, crime, homelessness, political and social issues, death, bankruptcy, medical, foreclosures, new tax assessments, cash flow, etc etc.
