Loved the location and land! Home is nice but could use just a little updating inside. This Californian has been eye-balling Kentucky for a number of years to retire to (by the way, I didn't take offense to your off-the-cuff California comment cuz I get it) and would love, love, love, something like this. When I first started to watch your videos years ago, Danville area property prices (for what I want) were much more affordable for me, but now not so much. But I still have hope for when I'm ready in a couple, three years that I can make it happen.

I Iive in the Silicon Valley about 50 minutes from SF California ( dont be hatin' brad, i'll do it for ya'...;) ) and it is crazy living where a studio goes for a couple grand per month easily, there's dope everywhere in the city and among perversions in the street- i even seen a grown man on a leash wearing a thick black leather dog mouth mask worn on his face walking around in *open* chaps, being walked on the leash by another man! Weirdos.. ppl don't even know what they are out here, it's absurd. That wouldn't fly over there.Conversely, Whenever I see these stately homes with ginormous acres and all kinds of cool real wood doors, I gotta admit my jealousy. It used to be that having a yard that large signified affluence- which makes total sense here in the bay where even an ittie bittie yard will cost you up the wazoo! Believe me when I say if I ever get the chance, I'll be headed to Kentucky on the first thing smoking. Not only bc its fantastic in my eye's...but also bc the grass is literally greener and my grandpa was born there too. Never met the man, he died when my ma was one year old, but i think somehow he must've known there's something very special about that state. Brad, you and your son do an excellent job showcasing it.
