We used to own a unit there, It is a great park, minus the train that runs behind there at 3am every night. We did like the park, a lot of activities, very clean and well run

Considering this is nearly 10 years old has been modified BADLY & originally sold for 28k this isnt that great of a deal

Very nice and affordable for the price. I believe that's called a park model with sliding glass door & full size fridge. Haven't seen lot rent that low in a while. New subscriber also.

That's a Destination Model Trailer, not a Park Model.

Most likely not. Lot rents often (but not always) include water and trash, but electricity is usually metered and billed separately.
