Hiya Chris and it's stunning and hope all goes well with you. Re the pool it comes under Partaloa and although the house is urban and a large part of garden there has been a problem in this location and much of Albox to get licences for in ground pools so think best to say not an option. I know there are lots of properties in area with pools and most likely these would have been done without licences and made legal many years after using antiquity certificates. Kindest Rich

Fair enough but not everyone wants a pool or the yearly cost of upkeep that comes with. All down to personal choice at the end of the day.
