Can you share the link for the attack flow chart? I don't have social media.

I would have added just a tiny bit of realism with a simple chart for extra time... Something like this: Roll two dice. 2 1 minute added 3-4 2 minutes added 5-7 3 minutes added 8-9 4 minutes added 10-11 5 minutes added 12 6 minutes added.

is there a way to break the tie?

Choosing between this and Hockey Blast, does it just come down to which of the two sports you prefer, or is one better in your opinion?
@AFRSteve8 жыл бұрын
Hey Mike. The biggest difference is how the stacks of player cards are changed. You'll only be moving one stack of players for each minute of play in soccer where in hockey every player gets moved. The scoring is a little different as well but they both are built on the "blast" engine. Chances are if you enjoy one you'll like them both! If you had to choose one I would go with whichever sport you enjoy more.

I have 2 quick questions, as I am interested in buying this game. 1. What was under the goalie cards? 2. How many players do you get per team in the WFA sets?

xepicx2729 Thanks for watching and glad to hear you are considering the game. 1) I put the back-up goalie underneath the starting goalie. I just find it easier to do that but you can put the bench players anywhere you'd like. 2) Each set comes with around 300 players and right now there are 3 sets available, so you can have quite a big fictional league if you wanted.

Thank you for your response. One more question: How many players are on one team? It sounds like 15-16.
@AFRSteve9 жыл бұрын
xepicx2729 Yes 16 players of each nationality; three forwards, five midfielders, five defenders, a midfielder-defender, a midfielder-forward and a goal keeper.

Thank you. Thinking of making a 4 league setup with 20 teams in the top 2, and 15 in the bottom 2, with 15 players per team. I'll use the BPL relegation system for every league.

xepicx2729 Sounds great! If you pick it up, let us know how you like it and how your league turns out.

I really like the look of this game. Can I ask, when two teams similar in rank play each other, is it always a low-scoring game?

A few comments. First, in the first minute additional time it was a take on (individual) Secondly, sub chips are MUCH more useful for adding triangles and squares versus qualities

I appreciate your reviews, keep up the great work, but wow, there is NO Way that Soccer Blast is a better game or more fluid than Apba Soccer. Especially since Apba Soccer has the fast action card option now.....it flows so well.

After Further Review With Steve Tower Hi Steve, I would of played the US saved shot and the England counter attack in the same minute, if not then I may be playing it wrong.

Mark Mcleod I actually had an email exchange with Keith last night about this exact situation. He said you can play it however you like but he would play it like this: If the counter attack happens in the middle of a half, mark it off on the next minute of play. If the counter attack happens towards the end of the game (especially a tied or 1 goal game) play it out in the same minute as the original save. So however you would like to play it out on your tabletop is fine. Especially if it makes for an exciting finish to a close match! Steve
