I'm sorry that injury happened to you. I feel your pain from that. I experienced that same injury from soccer too. I had to have surgery to fix my shoulder and it ended my soccer career.

Gotta be honest, when I dislocated my shoulder playing rugby, it didn't hurt whenever it happened. I just couldn't feel my arm or move it. I played the rest of the game and for the rest of the day it was just a little pain, sort of like pressing on a bruise. The next day however, it did not feel good lol

Wierd that 3 weeks ago I was playing in goal and dived on the ball, player fell on me and injured my shoulder. Kept playing despite pain and told after I have grade 2 ligament damage in my left shoulder🤔 same situation as Manny regarding using a sling and first time I've had a situation like this.

I have dislocated my shoulder a bunch of time when I played basketball and it would always pop back in to place but I would always keep playing and even when I should have stopped playing because I ended up tearing a ligament (labrum) two years ago and I got surgery and all but It still dislocates sometime and I think I can even dislocate my shoulder myself and I’m only 16 and when I put my arm behind my head I can hear and feel something in my shoulder move and rub against I think it’s the bone

I’ve had the same injury manny. Once you pop the shoulder out once ur so prone to do it again I’ve done it 12 times and then had surgery now it’s all fine.

Hi manny, hope you see this. I had the same injury a few years back. I thought it just was a one time thing but eventually it popped out again. The longer it didnt pop out the more pain you would get the next time. You should be carefull because this ruined my career. I had surgery and that fixed it. Hope you get well soon. Cheers
