If I use clear glue and food coloring instead, without glitter and glaze the bottom part of the cork with nail polish, do you think it will dry up?

Personally, I dont like doing this kind of pendants wizh clear glue, because all the glitter sinks to the bottom of the bottle... The glue itself will not dry up, but I wouldnt recomend it mixing with glitter...

Have you tried mixing paint or food coloring, or glow paint (to clear hair gel) and do u know if it's safe to mix those? I'm thinking of adding glow paint to mine. Nice idea I love you since glue doesnt seem like it lasts!

I didnt use food coloring, but I tried to use some water colors for paper and it turned out fine! :D I also tried to use glow in the dark paint and it turned out amazing! Especially if you mix it with the hair gel (because of its thickness it stays the same as you leave it) :) I do not prefer glue because if I mi it with sequence or anything of that kind, it dryes them out and they sink to the bottom, I rather use water or baby oil!

Is it okay to use hair gel? Are those shells gonna stay at the bottom of bottle if I accidentally shake the bottle? I've found another tutorial but they use clear resin to keep stuffs floating inside the bottle, but yours is more simple and pretty. I'm gonna try this :D

Hello, Adornments not fall to the bottom of the bottle being in the gel ? I know that are impacted resin ornaments, but with the last static gel ?

I dont quite understand the question, but if I understand it, yes the ornaments will stay, after all this time I had the bottle untill recently (I gifted it to mom' s friend), and they stayed whete I put them :) but important thinh regarding the sea shells, that I mentioned somewhere in previous comments, is that the seashells must be boiled (if they are not store bought) :) otherwise they will leave some dirt after a while because of the moist :)

+Selene Tapia you can try, but I am not very fond of using glue, because I realised that in some time glue starts loosing clarity, and all the glitter falls to the bottom and it is imposible to shake them up... so, i rather use oil, water, or gel :)

But another advice, one that I forgot to mention, is that the seashels MUST be clean, if they are bought in store, they are, but if they are directly from the sea, you mst boil them before to get all the micro organisms out, otherwise they will react with the hair gel!

Yeah resin

Resin is supstance which is liquid, but when it dryes it gets solid hard and clear, it is used for a variety of projects, inclusing jewelry (pendants, bracelets etc)... google it and it will be clear to you better than mine modest explanation :)

I wouldn't reccomend that because the thing with most of glues is that in time glitter sinks to the bottom of the bottle, and they kinda glue themselves to the very bottom, and glue with time loses its clearness and looks kinda dirty... So, you can use glue but my advice would be not to, unless it is used without glitter :)
