I disagree with the judge, I've seen many people that God delivered from drugs for more than 30/40 yrs never relapsed at all. I have seen people leave rehab or jail and the first stop is the dope house. When you give your life to Christ and get delivered you're a new creature and you don't claim that just because once an alcoholic or drug user always an alcoholic or drug user that's what people that goes by the book say. I had a relative get kicked out of the salvation army because he wouldn't say my name is so and so and i'm an addict.

Judy Brigham Well thats my issue with him. He plays with God too much which I should be convicted right now for watching him. He pushed homosexuality! He blasphemes a lot, he’s said more than once the same thing he said today- and stated prayer and God can’t help you (or something of that nature) only recovery can help you (no deliverance in his book) he makes fun of Christians and the Bible . My aunt told me about 15 years ago that there was a case of demons being in someone house and devil Mathis said what did you do? They said they prayed about it . He apparently told the lady she was as crazy as the other lady. She said the lights went out in that courtroom and he was up under his lil desk . Alls you could see was robe. She said after all those years she told me again about less than a month ago it happened again same situation somebody mention prayer he said they were crazy and lights went off again and he was up under that desk again. My aunt isn’t even saved- And she keep saying he better stop playing with God. He’s a mason or in a secret society. He holds the hand signs up. He gets paid to see what they tell him to say and allow him to say. He obviously knows nothing about deliverance and the power of the Holy Ghost. His daughter who is an attorney. She did not even let anyone know she was his daughter, She gave her testimony about How something did not work out for her and it was Because God Had other plans for her life other than what she wanted or maybe she did not become an attorney maybe she could failing the bar and something happen where she ended up doing what God called her to do which would not of happened had she passed the bar exam

@reddbyrde5 жыл бұрын
Olaudah Israel He rewarded her because that man was full of shit. He only filed that counterclaim out of spite. He took every opportunity to take shots at her. I believe he was verbally abusive, because even in the courtroom he was attacking her. He knew she was an addict. He knew her before they started dating, he went through her Facebook account and admitted to asking for drugs pretending to be her, and he’s a recovering addict that was already living with an addict before she moved in. He knew what it was, he just thought she was going to be easy ass and he’s an insecure man child that thinks he’s superior to women. That’s why he deserved to have his claim dismissed.
@donaldcurry94725 жыл бұрын
I totally agree. Notice how when Judge Mathis told the defendant "what are you clapping for you drove her to crack". When the man said that he found-out shortly after meeting her she was doing crack & her was a recovered addict of nineteen years notice how he got no applause & the Judge scoffed at him saying "you'll never be fully recovered even after nineteen years". He need said that's great or gave him credit. Check this out. If that man was staying with her he would've asked that man how &/or why would you think you could live anywhere rent free. He would've believed the woman having a rent agreement. He also completely ignored the man when he said he found-out the woman was smoking crack in his home. That's a very good & legitimate reason to put someone out of your home & put them out right away. The woman admitted that she never paid him for rent. Her defense was there was no agreement for rent & he never asked her to. You could tell the defendant was nervous & the Judge turned that into he was lying. When the defendant explained all the things he found-out about this woman after meeting her & moving her in his home all he did was criticize the fact that he didn't know her so why would he do that (which he's correct about) & ignored if it were true. This is psychology 101 Brotha, when people start laughing like they plaintiff & that old Buzzard she brought with her when the Defendant said that was her Pimp & drug dealer that normally means it's 1000% true. Laughing is to deflect & to make it seem as if the allegations are outrageous & totally baseless. The Judge went against his own knowledge of crackheads & (oh yes) crackheads trying to become clean & that's they can tell some incredible lies. Notice he said he was going to get her some help. If she was fully in the midst of recovery why would she need help. All that woman had to do is admit she had a crack problem & he praised her for it. Like she graduated from Georgetown University. He was completely biased, disrespectful, condescending & unfair to that man. Judge Mathis can be an asshole & dead wrong many times. I've seen it. You were & are correct in your assessments in you comments & I think more than you realize.

I agree with Judge Mathis. We're all recovering from something, if you have a relationship with God, you're a recovering sinner. If you once had an addiction issue, you're a recovering addict. However, I understand what you're stating bc I believe what you're attempting to state is there's a stigma attached to the label. Yet, an addict should realize there are just one fix away from going back into the nightmare, that's why the person will always be a "recovering addict".

I understand your point of view. "You don't recover from an addiction by stopping using. You recover by creating a new life where it is easier not to use." The plaintiff is actively using and supporting her habit with prostitution, while the defendant ( a 19-year recovered addict) has opened his home to addicts (but claims he did not know they were addicts). The defendant seems to have replaced his crack addiction with "controlling drug addicts" or Co-Dependency. He may be addicted to the power he has over addicts who live with him. If this is true, he has shifted his addiction from crack to controlling people, and he is still an addict.

Funny how crackhead is a negative but heroin addict doesn't seem as bad when heroin is a million times worse and meth is outta Pocket why don't they have the same negative nicknames only black people have to do deal with that label.

Like still til this day people use crackhead to talk shit about people but thr heroin EPIDEMIC is treated with white gloves especially here in San Francisco it's weird to me being a kids during the crack era and now living through the heroin meth era it's so different we have people shooting up in front of police stations here and it's just everyday life but crack addicts used to be beat and put in prison. Left and right
