I love those videos even if they are 'made-up-scenes' . I also watched the UndercoverBoss videos. BUT in both formats I see ONE issue. People with such bad behavior can't have second chances as they are in this job-position. But there needs to be installed a system to lead those people in the right direction OR they will power out the frustration in violence crime and other stuff. Example: * I am using colors - ONLY because I don't remember the names. * The 'black' and and 'blonde-white' girl on the plane .. where the 'black' girl buys the headphones at least for the 'blonde-white' girl .. shows the right way of 'lead those people in the right direction' This should be more in those videos. .

Did the makers of this video consult an employment lawyer? Because if the manager/ staff member who was fired like is on a signed employment contract and it states the employer must give a number of written warnings before being terminated.
